Not every transaction can be as smooth as the next, and this happened to be one of those cases. It did not take us long to find a buyer for the house who was an interested house-flipper. However, the obstacle was the squatters in the house, which hindered what would have been a completely smooth deal. This only slowed us down briefly though, since things of this nature tend to happen much faster when you get the authorities involved. Once the Pomona PD gave appropriate notice to the squatters, they were quickly out of the house and we were easily able to get the deal done, with everyone (except maybe the squatters) satisfied with the deal.
