There are always subtle difference with each client we work with because everyone has slightly different desires, needs, requirements, etc. This case was a little more unique because they had build an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) back house on their property in Claremont, which they were looking to rent out, so we represented the owner, then after we quickly found them a new tenant, we represented them as well. They were looking for a modest place which was very affordable, and this fit the bill. After a credit & background check, and income analysis, we drew up a fair lease for the ADU, which both parties were very happy with.
