The owner of this home was in a good enough position in life at the time to be able to buy a second home. Once he was able to buy another home to move into, he looked into renting this place out so he could have some rental income on the side. After researching online for help selling his place he found me, and I quickly got him the help he needed. There were a couple changes that needed to be done with the house, such as adding a fence around his pool and other small repairs to get the house in good order to sell. Once we got our repair guy in and got the changes and repairs quickly done, we were able to find him a very qualified new tenant. I still currenly manage this home as well.
