When going through the process of buying or selling a home, sometimes it doesn’t go as smooth as one might expect. This problem typically arises from someone trying to sell their own home who do not have experience, and are not proactive or savvy enough, or they go with a realtor who is in the same shoes. Unfortunately not every realtor is going to work the same way or the same amount and this can cost the home owner time and money. In this case the owner had already used two different agents to find buyers for the house, but they were both unsuccessful. After choosing me as their realtor, I was able to find them a highly qualified tenant in only 5 days! The other realtors may have even had more experience than me, but I was tenacious enough to get the job done much faster. Additionally, I now manage this condo as well, so I resolve any potential issues with the place, and make sure the the tenant pays their rent on time, keeping things running smoothly for both parties.
